As our products are digital software licenses, traditional returns do not apply. Refunds are processed by revoking the license key associated with your purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Requests after this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
2. Conditions for Refund
Full refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Product Not Delivered: You did not receive the license key or download link, and activation has not occurred.
- Major Technical Failure: The antivirus software (AVG or Avast) does not function as described, and our team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
- Service Not Rendered: Purchased technical support or setup assistance was not provided.
3. Renewal Refunds
Automatic renewal refunds may be processed if requested within 3 days of renewal. Charges after this period are typically non-refundable.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions (Non-Refundable Items)
Refunds are not available for the following:
- Activated Software: Once a license key has been activated, it is non-refundable.
- Change of Mind: Refunds cannot be issued for personal preference after activation.
- Third-Party Conflicts: Issues caused by unrelated software or hardware.
- Expired Timeframe: Refund requests made after the specified window.
